A. I dont know as he was in any way responsible for it if he didnt know it. Q. You used the word "churning." Where did you get that word? A. That was there when I went there; that was used when I went there Q. Ever hear that word used there by anybody except by an attendant? A. No, I dont know as I ever did. Q. Did you ever hear that word, "churning", used by anybody in the presence of one of the officers of that institution, or any officer in that institution? A. No, sir, I dont know that I did. Q.
