I said that when this investigation begun it was without a view of making a personal attack upon any prison and I did not want it to take that direction. I foresaw if a lawyer was put in it would become like a trial, and I foresaw there would be a personal attack upon Dr. Harlow. Ques. By whom. Ans. I did not say by anybody. Ques.
