Ans. We didn't meet for that purpose. We met for another. But my judgment would be that we very properly did talk of such, but I would not swear to it. Ques. Did he give you all the names of all ^the persons he could remember that he thought could say any thing against the institution? Ans. I dont know about that. Has he not been the person to whom you have applied to get the names of discharged attendants who you thought could testify to something against the management of the institution? Ans. No, sir.
