[Notice to Governor of qualification of his Council --] Ordered, That the Secretary of State pro. tem. inform the Governor that Isaac Lane, Abiel Wood and Mark Harris Esquires have been qualified agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution, Counsellors to advise him in the Executive part of Government the ensuing year.
