Duties--collect information concerning the government and general welfare of the State; examine effects of constitutional provisions and previously enacted statutes and recommend amendments; study possibilities for consolidation in State Government; assist the Legislature in performance of its constitutional functions by providing members with impartial and accurate information and reports.
