Resolve to amend the Constitution relative to bail came up from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee, consisting, on the part of the House, of one from each County to wit: Messrs. Humphrey of Gray, Saboro of Massalboro', Russ of Dexter, Leonsalar [?] of Thomaston, Finson of Hartland, Ayer of Newfield, Comstock of Lubec, Smith of Norway, Lennan of Searsmont and Pittengill of Hancock, with such as the Senate may join. The Senate reconsider their vote referring said Resolve to the Committee on the Judiciary and concur with the House in their reference, concur with the House in their reference, and Messrs.
