Acceptability will be assessed using participant evaluations of the intervention, alongside qualitative interviews and treatment diaries analysed thematically. A range of clinical outcome measures will also assess physical and mental health, everyday functioning, quality of life and service usage at 12-week follow-up. The durability of treatment effects will be assessed by further follow-up assessments at 24 weeks, 36 weeks and 48 weeks.
Ethical approval was given by East Midlands, Nottingham 1 Research Ethics Committee (Reference 20/EM/0237). Study results will be disseminated in peer-reviewed journals, through public events and relevant third sector organisations.

Craniopharyngioma is the most challenging to treat brain tumour with high recurrence rates, which can be effectively reduced by adjuvant radiotherapy. In recent years, proton therapy (PT), with its physical properties of heavy ion beam, that is, Prague peak phenomenon, has been more frequently used in patients with craniopharyngioma. Compared with conventional X-ray beam radiotherapy, PT can reduce the damage to normal tissues and enlarge the damage to tumours. Some studies have shown that PT has advantages in the treatment of craniopharyngioma in adults. However, the optimal management of craniopharyngioma remains controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of PT for craniopharyngioma in adults.
We will search six databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, Web of Science, the Cochrane Library, Amed, Scopus), clinical research registration websites and grey literature, aiming to identify randomised controlled trials (RCTs) on PT for craniopharyngioma in adults between 1 January 1954 and 28 September 2021. In the RCTs, PT will be used as the intervention group, and conventional X-ray beam radiotherapy will be used as the comparator group. Tumour recurrence and survival will be the primary outcome, and treatment-related toxicity will be the secondary outcome. The study selection, data extraction, bias risk and quality evaluation will be operated by two to four researchers independently. We will use Review Manager V.5.2 (RevMan V.5.2) for data analysis. If there is significant heterogeneity, we will identify the source of heterogeneity by subgroup analysis.
Our study is based on existing RCTs and does not require ethical approval. The results of the study will be published in a peer-reviewed journal or at a related conference.

There is a lack of studies that focus exclusively on return to work (RTW) and sick leave patterns following a work injury among young adults. This study aims to close the gap by contributing with knowledge regarding young adults' sick leave pattern after a work injury and their experience of RTW after a work injury in Sweden.
The present study is a multimodal study, which will use Swedish national register data and qualitative data collection by photovoice. Injuries classified as work injuries according to the Swedish injury classification were included. Registry data will be retrieved from the Swedish National-based registers of Swedish Information System on Occupational Accidents and Work-related diseases, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's database MicroData for Analysis of Social Insurance and the Swedish Longitudinal Integration Database for Health Insurance and Labour Market Studies. Persons who have registered a work injury at the Swedish Work Environment Authority in 2012 will be included. Sick leave patterns will be analysed using group-based trajectory models and multivariate analyses to explore how sick leave patterns have developed over 5 years. Subsequently, a participatory approach using photovoice method will be conducted to explore young adults' perceptions of barriers and facilitators in RTW after a work injury. Danirixin Results from the photovoice group sessions will be analysed using a grounded theoretical approach.

To determine the level of knowledge and practice of evidence-based medicine (EBM) and the attitudes towards it and to identify the factors associated with its practice among primary care practitioners in Selangor, Malaysia.
This cross-sectional study was conducted in randomly selected health clinics in Selangor. Data were collected from primary care physicians using self-administered questionnaires on knowledge, practice and attitudes regarding EBM.
The study included 225 respondents working in either government or private clinics. It excluded house officers and those working in public and private universities or who were retired from practice.
A total of 32.9% had a high level of EBM knowledge, 12% had a positive attitude towards EBM and 0.4% had a good level of its practice. The factors significantly associated with EBM practice were ethnicity, attitude, length of work experience as a primary care practitioner and quick access to online reference applications on mobile phones.
Although many physicians have suboptimal knowledge of EBM and low levels of practising it, majority of them have a neutral attitude towards EBM practice. Extensive experience as a primary care practitioner, quick access to online references on a mobile phone and good attitude towards EBM were associated with its practice.
