The Secretary of State came in & laid upon the table a message from the Governor, accompanied by a communication from the board of Jurisprudence which were read & committed to Messrs Foxcroft, Boutelle & OBrien, with such as the House may join. Sent down for concurrence. Came up concurred & Messrs Wheeler of Camden, Moody of Kennebunk, Delano of Woolwich Vose of Augusta & Redington of Vassalboro joined.

Adjourned till 1/2 past 2 Oclock this afternoon.

Sweetland & others to the joint standing Committee on incorporation of Towns came up for concurrence. Read & Concurrence - Petition of Nathaniel Ingersoll & others to the joint standing Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. came up for concurrence. Read & nonconcurred, & the same committed to the joint standing Committee on Public Lands. Sent down for concurrence. Came up Concurred.
