Agreeably to appointment, a convention of both Houses was formed in the Representatives chamber at 12 o'clock when Isaac Lane, James McLellan, Joshua Gage & William Chadwick Esquires, Counselors elect came in & took and subscribed the oath and declaration required by the Constitution to qualify them for the discharge of the duties of their office.
