Report of the committee on the petition of James Paul & als granting an order of notice - came down accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate referring the petition of Sylvanus Higgins & als to be incorporated for the purpose of building a bridge over Fore river to connect the towns of Portland & Cape Elizabeth, to the committee on turnpikes, bridges and canals & the House concurred in the reference.
