[Report - of Committee of Election &c -]

The Committee on elections reported, that they had examined the returns from the Districts composed of Phillips Freeman & Kingfield and duly considered all the evidence in connexion with the subject, and are of opinion that Rufus K. J. Porter was duly elected and is entitled to a seat in this House - The report was read & Monday next at 11 oclock assigned to take it into consideration.

Ordered that hereafter the House will hold but one session each day until the further order of the House to commence at nine oclock in the morning excepting on Mondays and on that day at 10 oclock .
