[Bill Baptist Society in Surry-]

Bill to incorporate the Trustees of the funds of the 1st Baptist Society in Surry, was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Agreeably to assignment both branches of the Legislature assembled in the chamber of the House of Representatives at 12' oclock when Joseph Lock Esquire came in and took and subscribed the oaths and declarations required by the constitution to qualify him for the discharge of the duties of his office.
