Bill respecting the fishereis in the waters of Vinalhaven - was read a 3d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill - Lewiston Bridge]

Bill giving further powers to the Lewiston Bridge Corporation, which passed this house 29th ult. came from the Senate in definitely postponed for concurrence - and the house concurred.

Remonstrance of Selectmen of Ellsworth against the formation of a new County on the West side of Penobscot river, which on the 23d day of January was referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns, came from the Senate, non concurred & referred to the committee on the formation of new Counties &c for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Resolve accepting a deed of Joshua Gage & others conveying a lot of land for the permanent seat of government - was called up & referred to Messrs Hutchinson, McIntire & Webster.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs
