[Committee - exempting polls of persons over seventy]

Ordered that Messrs Hayes, Chase of Concord & M Laine be a committee with such as the Senate may join to consider the expediency of exempting by law from taxation, the polls of all such persons as may be of the age of seventy & upwards. read and passed. sent up for concurrence.

[Committee - equitable claims]

Ordered that Messrs Ruggles, Clark of Wilton & means, be a committee to enquire what alterations are necessary in an act for the settlement of certain equitable claims arsing in real actions - read & passed.

[Bill - min. fund. Chesterville]

Bill to establish a ministerial fund in Chesterville, was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3d reading.
