[Resolve - James J Boyd]

Resolve in favor of James J Boyd was read a 2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bill CC Pleas Cumberland Co]

Bill fixing the time of holding the Court of Common Pleas in the County of Cumberland, which passed this House on the 10th inst. came form the Senate amended at A & B for concurrence - and the House concurred.

[Committee - deduct part of valuation of Buxton house [?] State Valuation &c]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing Messrs Dennet & Whiteny with such as the House may join, a committee for the purpose of deducting from the town of Buxton on the State valuation so much as the town appears to be charged with on account of that portion of said town which is annexed to the town of Standish, and to add the same to the valuation of the town of Standish - and the House concurred & Messrs Coolidge, Parlin & Brown were joined.

[Committee - opening Kennebec Road]

An order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs Reed & Witham with such as the House may join a committee to take into consideration the expediency of making appropriations for opening the Kennebec road north of the million arces, with leave to report &c - and the House concurred & Messrs Russell, McKown & Batchelder were joined.

[Resolve - road]

Resolve authorizing a road to be made from number four, north of the Bingham purchase to the Baskehagan river - which was amended in this House on 11th inst. came from the Senate, nonconcurred as regards the amendments, & adhering to their own vote - The House recede from their votes and now concur the Senate in passing the Resolve to be engrossed.
