[Estate of a tax for Lincoln County]

County Estimate for the County of Lincoln, was referred to the Committee on County estimates.

[Committee - Courts of Sessions]

On motion of Mr Abbot Ordered, that Messrs Abbot, Talbot & Gowen be a committee to enquire what alterations are necessary in the laws establishing Courts of Sessions, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read & passed.

[Bill-fisheries Penobscot River]

Bill repealing an act entitled an act for the preservation of Fish in Penobscot River and Bay and the streams emptying into the same, was called up and referred to the committee on interior fisheries. Sent up for concurrence.

[pet. - Geo Brimmen & als]

Petition of George Brimmen & others to be incorporated by the name of the Trustees of the Baptist Fund in the towns of Ellsworth & Surry - was read & referred to the Committee on the incorporation of Parishes & other religious Societies &c &c - Sent up for concurrence.
