Mr Speaker By direction of the Senate L lay on your table the Bill in addition to an act entitled an act to divide the town of North Yarmouth & incorporate the westerly part thereof into a town by the name of Cumberland" agreeably to the request of the House - and then he withdrew. Whereupon the House appointed Messrs Abbot & Fuller a committee of conference on their part on said Bill - The Senate gave notice of their appointment of Messrs Witham & Usher on their part on said Bill.
