[Committee to draft Rules & Orders.]
On motion by Mr. Dunlap. Ordered that Messrs Dunlap, Southwick and Prime be a Committee to draft Rules and Orders for the government of the Senate during the continuance of this present Legislature
[Order respecting messages & papers]
On motion by Mr. Dunlap. Ordered that all messages between the two Houses be communicated by the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House of Representatives respectively and that all papers be transmitted by them or their Assistants. Sent down for concurrence, came up concurred.
