Committee on the Judiciary, be instructed to inquire into expediency of amending an act entitled "An Act regulating Judicial Process" so as to provide compulsory process for the attendance of witnesses before Auditors, and for the taxation of Costs by the parties, in prosecuting their claims before said Auditors, was read and passed in concurrence.

On motion by Mr Williams. The Petition of John Ireland and accompanying papers were taken from the files and referred to the Committee on Incorporations of Towns, Sent down for concurrence, Came up concurred.
