111 Petition of Selectmen of Richmond on the subject of the Poor of Saco town, was read and referred to Messrs Williams of Augusta, Eaton of Bowdoin & Eaton of Milburn.

Report of Committee on order oof 24th JanY on subject of erecting a Bridge over Passadumkeag Steam &, granting a Resolve, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Resolve authorizing the Land Agent of the State to expend a certain sum in building a bridge over Passadumkeag & other streams, was read 1 & 2d time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve from Senate establishing the times oof holding the Courts of Probate in the County of Penobscot, was read 1&2d time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
