Bill prescribing the mode of trials at law in certain cases, came from the Senate amended for concurrence and the House concurred - Mr Boutelle moved a reconsideration of the vote passing this Billl to be engrossed & tomorrow at 10 oclock was assigned to take the motion into consideration.

The Committee on the order authorizing a revision of the law defining the powers of Sheriffs & Constables, reported that it is inexpedient to take any further order on that subject - report accepted.
