[Report on sundry Petitions, leave to withdraw]

The Committee to whom was referred the following petitions viz- petition of Isaac Abbot and others that the proprieters [proprietors] of the Bridge over Saco river in Fryeburg may not be permitted to take toll - and of Benjamin Wiley and others for the same purpose - reported that the petitioners severally have leave to withdraw their petitions - read accepted and sent down for concurrence - came up concurred -

A communication was received from Jospeh C. Boyd Esquire signifying his acceptance of the office of Treasurer of State - read and sent down -

The bill to incorporate the town of North Salem was passed to be engrossed with amendments in concurrence with the House -
