the petition of Nathl. Cushman, that he have leave to withdraw. - Read, accepted & sent down for concurrence. came up concurred.

[Bill concerning Public Offices]

Bill concerning certain public offices of the State, passed to be engrossed & sent down for concurrence, came up with amendments in which the Senate concurred and passed the Bill to be engrossed.

[Bill prescribing the mode of taking Depositions]

Bill additional to an Act prescribing the mode of taking depositions, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed, as taken into a new draft, in concurrence with the House. -
