The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - altering the time of holding the Court of Sessions in Lincoln County - incorporating the Trustees of the ministerial fund in Milburn - to authorize the sale of ministerial land in the 2d Parish in Shapleigh & for other purposes - to incorporate Tranquil Lodge - an additional act respecting the Hallowell & Augusta Bank - to establish a ministerial fund in Chesterville - incorporating the Proprietors of the Free Meeting House in Georgetown - for the preservation of alewives & other fish in Salmon falls river - to incorporate the Portland Steam Boat Navigation Company - to annex a part of the land of Jonathan Goodridge to Canaan - additional to the act to incorporate the Props of Stearns Pond Canal - additional act respecting the Wiscasset Bank - were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence, appointing Messrs Small & Dunlap with such as the House may join a committee to enquire if any alteration is necessary in the law fixing the terms of the Court of Common Pleas in Oxford County - and the House concurred & Messrs Woodbury, Tuttle and Beal were joined.
