Reports on the petitions of Abraham Bedel +als " of Edward Marson, Clement Moody +al granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Reports on the petitons of James Carr +als " of Amos Hills +als " of John Upton +als " of Joseph Leighton ordering notice came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the joint standing committee on the Judiciary to enquire whether any + what alterations are expedient in the acts and additional acts defining the general powers and duties of Manufacturing corporations with liberty to report +c and the House concurred.

Ordered that the committee on Interior Fisheries be instructed to inquire into the expediency of amending or repealing the existing laws regulating the Herring Fishery read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the committee on the Judiciary who have under consideration the subject of State Paupers, be instructed to inquire into the expediency of repealing the law imposing six dollars on retailers, tavernkeepers and victuallers as the price of their licenses and report +c read and passed.
