Ephraim Ballard and Samuel Webster surveyed the Exterior Lines of Townships No 3 & 4 in the 1st range, No 3, 4 & 5 in the 2nd range No 1, 2, 3, & 4 in the 3, 4, 5 & 6 ranges of townships North of the Waldo Patent. Plan in Plan Book No 2

This Plan also embraces Townships No 1 & 2 in the 1st & 2nd ranges North of the Waldo Patent surveyed by Jona. Stone and also a part of the Penobscot River. The Northern Bound of the Waldo Patent, No 5 in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th ranges North of the Waldo Patent, the bound of the North Easterly part of the Plymouth claim, Part of the Sebasticook River and the S East corner of Binghams Kennebec Purchase, all taken from actual and approved surveys

Also – a Line East of and 6 miles distant from the Penobscot River, being Lands cleared by the Indians. Also – Land contracted to be sold to Messrs jacksona nd Flint, containing including land reserved for masts 1,943,133 acres. Plan in Book No 2

Samuel Titcomb surveyed townships No 1, 2 & 3 in the 3rd & 4th ranges in the Schoodic & Passamaquoddy Rivers and the Schoodic Lakes. Plan in Book No 2. This Plan shows the several Branches of the Schoodic River and Lakes, but whether from actual surveys or not does not appear
