Please find accompanying duplicate receipts for articles purchased for our Hospital, amounting to fifty nine (59) dollars, which amount I have paid and you will please transmit the same amount, at your [?] first convenience, to R. S. Morrison Bangor, as[?] whom I [?] for the money expended as above. You will perceive[?] that I have not purchased all the articles specified in the list sent you, as I have been enabled[?], by great effort, to get a part of them[?] of[?] U.[?] S.
