Met according to adjournment.

Resolve in favor of Timothy Hall Junior, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Petition of Giles Miles & als, officers of the Militia for a revision of the Militia Law - of Jacob Prince for relief from expenses incurred as a Clerk of a Militia Company in prosecuting for fines &c were read and referred to the committee on the Militia. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Syms Gardiner & als of Bowdoinham & of Isaac Leonard & als of Bowdoin for a new County west of Kennebec River, were read & referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Daniel W Green & als Selectmen of Gray for a law to settle the lines between that town & Windham, was read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve respecting the Proprietors of side booms in Androscoggin River, was read a second time, amended at T, and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

An order came from the Senate for concurrence directing the Committee on the Judiciary to enquire into the expediency of repealing an act regulating the fees of Jurors passed Feby 22 1827 with leave &c - and the House concurred.
