Petition of Jonathan Brown & als of Freeman to be reimbursed expenses incurred by that town in the support of Charlotte Martin, a lunatic, was read & referred to the committee on Accounts. Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Hill Junior & als praying for an alteration of law so as to provide against secret attachments of real estate - - of Henry Hobbs & als on the same subject - were severally read & referred to the committee on the Judiciary. Sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of William Carleton & als agst an alteration of the Lime Inspection laws, was read & referred to the committee on Manufactures. Sent up for concurrence.
