1862 April 19. { Anchored at the mouth of York river.

Two of our schooners in tow broke loose last night in the storm. We had a most pleasant sail through the Chesapeake. Now we are waiting for the rest of the fleet to come up. we may debark this p.m. I hope so; for tomorrow is Sunday and I want to see us encamped if possible.
