Report of the Warden of the State Prison was read and ordered to lie on the table

A message was sent to the Senate informing them that the House had reconsidered their vote whereby they accepted the report of the Committee on Petition of inhabitants of Otisfield and other towns granting an Order of Notice requesting the concurrence of the Senate and that they would return the papers to this House and the Senate concurred and by Message returned the same which on motion were recommended to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns.

A message was received from the Senate informing the House that they had reconsidered their vote accepting the Report of the Committee on Petition of John Creighton granting leave to withdraw and recommitted the same to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals requesting the concurrence of the House. The House reconsidered their vote and concurred with the Senate in the proposed reference and the Clerk by message acquainted the Senate therewith

Communication from the Secretary of State transmitting the returns of Directors and Cashier of the Kennebeck Bank dated Jany 1 1829 was read and ordered to lie on the table.
