Petition of Cornelius Turner and others for a Bridge in the town of Newcastle was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals - sent up for concurrence

Bill regulating the tolls on Stillwater Canal and also extending the time for completing the same was read a third time and ordered to lie on the table and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a further consideration of the same

Bill authorizing certain persons to build a bridge across Kenduskeag Stream in Bangor was read again a first and second time the further amendments of the Senate adopted and tomorrow at 11 o'clock assigned for a third reading

On motion of Mr. Kimball of Portland Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of altering the Law on attachments so that real estate shall not be subject to private attachment - read and passed - sent up for concurrence

Petition of the Selectmen of Bath for a new County was read and referred to the Committee on the Division and Alteration of Counties - sent up for concurrence.
