147 Bill to incorporate the West Branch Boom Company reported on the petition of Robert Gibson and others, was read 1st and 2nd time and Wednesday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Petition of Moses Emerson and others, for the incorporation of an Academy at Howland, was read and refereed to the committee on Literary Institutions. Sent up for concurrence

The committee to whom was referred the bond of Asa Redington Junr Treasurer of State, reported that said bond in their opinion is good and sufficient - and the report was read in concurrence with the Senate

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duty engrossed Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Forest Grove Cemetery to increase the Capital Stock of the Cumberland Steam Navigation Company in addition to an act to incorporate the Bangor House Proprietary were severally read and passed to be enacted.
