154 A message came from the Senate informing the House that the Senate have amended the engrossed Bill entitled an Act to incorporate the proprietors of the Forest Grove Cemetery, by striking out at a the word "six" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "three" and at the end of Sec 3 by striking out the word forever and insert in lieu thereof the words "so long as the same shall be used and deducted exclusively to the purposes aforesaid" and ordered the Bill to be reengrossed and the House concurred.

Bill an additional act regulating Judicial Process and Proceedings. laid on the table by Mr Lowell of East Machias, was read once 500 copies ordered to be printed and the same referred to the committee on the Judiciary.

On motion by Mr Johnson of Cornish

 Ordered, that the joint special committee to whom was referred the petition praying for an alteration of the Constitution, be instructed to inquire into the propriety of so amending the constitution as to secure to any constitutional voter who may remove from one town to another within the term of three months prior to the annual state meeting the right of suffrage in the town from which he removed, until he shall have obtained the constitutional right of voting in the town to which he removed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill an Act providing for the use of Broad Rimmed Wheels in the County of Penobscot, was read 1st and 2nd time and Friday next at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading

 Ordered, that the members of the House from the County of Washington be a committee to inquire into the expediency of their being a Judge and Register of
