This being the day designated by the Con- stitution of this State for the meeting of the Legis- lature thereof, the following Gentlemen, having been elected by the People, [< underlined] and summoned by the Governor and Council, appeared in the Sen- ate Chamber, to wit, Messrs Alexander McIntire, Nathaniel Clark, Frederic Green, [bracketed to right] First District
