Bill An Act to incorporate the Kennebec Lumbering Company, was read a 3rd time and amended and then Bill refused a passage.

Bill to provide for the management and disposition of the Public Lands, laid on the table by Mr Holmes of Alfred was read 1st and 2nd time and referred to the committee on State Lands. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill an additional act regulating the inspection of Beef and Pork was read a 3rd time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate
