Order from the House of Representatives, instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law that in all cases where both Plaintiffs and Defendant shall desire to plead specially the may be permitted so to do. Read and passed in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives directing the Committee on the Militia to inquire what alterations if any there ought to be in the law for governing and disciplining the Militia of the State. Read and passed in concurrence.
