Met according to adjournment

On Motion of Mr. Washburn of Livermore Ordered that the committee on Banks and Banking be instructed to ascertain and report whether the President Directors and Cashier of the Kennebec Bank have applied the funds and property belonging to said corporation on the day immediately precedeing [preceding] the first Monday of January [?] 1829 to the payment of their debts and the redemption of their Bills with leave to send for persons and papers and if it shall appear that the same have not been so applied to enquire into the expediency of adopting further measures to effect that object with leave to report by Bill or otherwise Read and passed sent up for concurrance [concurrence]

A Message was received from the Senate informing the House that they had reconsidered their vote whereby they passed to be engrossed the Nequemkeag Mill Dam Company requesting the concurrance [concurrence] of the House and the House concurred and the Clerk by Message aquainted [acquainted] the Senate therewith

The House reconsider their vote passing an order giving further instructions to the
