On motion of Mr. Smith, Ordered, that when the Senate adjourn, it be to meet again at three o'clock in the afternoon.

On motion of Mr. Tobin, Ordered, that a message be sent to the House of Representatives informing them that there are two vacancies in the Tenth Senatorial District, and proposing a Convention of the two Houses in the Representative's Hall this day at half past three o'clock in the afternoon for the purpose of filling the said vacancies; and that James Mantor, Charles Greene, Levi Johnson and Obed Wilson are the Constitutional candidates; which message was delivered by the Secretary.
