On motion of Mr. Clark, The Senate reconsider their vote whereby they passed to be enacted and to be engrossed "Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of the Hampden House" amend the same, by striking out in the first section the words "Ransom Clark" and inserting in lieu thereof, Ransom Clark; and ordered said Bill to be re-engrossed as thus amended; of which the House were informed by message and their concurrence requested. Concurred.

Bill to incorporate the China Stream Mill Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Manufactures an petition of Alfred Marshall and others.) was read once and Monday next at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
