On Motion of Mr. Kimball of Portland Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of altering the Law on attachments so that real estate shall not be subject to private attachment read and passed Sent up for concurrance [concurrence]

Petition of the Selectmen of Bath for a new County was read and referred to the Committee on the Division and Alteration of Counties Sent up for concurrance [concurrence]
