Petition of Robert Gibson and others to be incorporated for the purpose of constructing a Boom across the head of Lake Ambergegus, on the Penobscot waters came up from the House of Representatives referred to the Committee on State Lands The Senate nonconcur the House in said reference and refer the same to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges & Canals. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred

Petition of William Butterfield, and others for aid in making a road across the Hamden Academy Grant - read and referred to the Committee on State Roads in concurrence

Petition of the inhabitants of the town of Bowdoin, for the repeal of the act whereby Cornelius Thompson was set off from Bowdoin to Lisbon, Remonstrance of Cornelius and Joel Thompson against the same, severally read and referred to the Committee on Division of Towns, in concurrence.
