Wednesday, February 10, 1836.

Mr Frye from the Committee on Manufactures to which was referred the petition of William Freeman and others made a report asking to be discharged from the further consideration of said petition and recommended thee reference thereof to the Committee on Interior Waters -read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence, Concurred.

On motion of Mr Benson the Bill defining certain rights and duties of Rail Road Corporations was taken up and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill to incorporate the Trustees of Freedom Academy (reported by Mr Purinton from the Committee on Literature and Literary Institutions on petition of Joseph Hockey + others; Bill to establish the Piscataqua Ferry Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Waters, on petition of Charles Stimpson and others; Resolve in favor of William Jordan Jr. (reported in the House by the Committee on Military Pensions on petition of William Jordan -severally read once and to morrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill repeating an Act to prevent frauds in the inspection of fish was read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence,
