Resolve in favor of certain Officers and Soldiers of the Revolutionary War, and the widows of the deceased Officers and Soldiers (reported by Mr. Fish from the Committee on State Lands, on petition of Samuel Dowing and others, John McIntosh, James Doughty, John Carleton and Martha McGill) was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve authorizing the Governor to obtain the consent of Congress to lay out a Road across the Arsenal Lot was read the second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
