Committee of one from each County, consisting on the part of the House, of Messrs. Cobb, Powers, Cilley, Buck, Foster, Mills, Bolster, Spaulding, Gove and Harkness, with such as the Senate may join, -- read and referred and Messrs Bartlett Emmons, Tobin, Barnard, and Smith are joined in concurrence.

Order from the House of Representatives instructing the Committee on the Judiciary to inquire whether any alterations are necessary in the laws relating to Pounds and impounding beasts, passed in 1834, with leave to report by bill or otherwise - read and passed, in concurrence.
