The Committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Bill - An Act abating certain State taxes " an Act authorizing the erection of a wharf in the tidewaters of Eastport, which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
The same Committee report as duly engrossed, Resolve relating to a Rail Road from some point on the sea board, or connected with the seaboard by navigable waters to Quebec which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.
