Order from the House of Representatives further instructing the Committee on Rail Roads and Canals, to which was recommitted their report in petition of the Bangor and Orono Rail Road Company, with the Bill reported by them for a statement of facts to report the same Bill in a new draft - read and the same on motion of Mr Latham was ordered to lie on the table.
