Petition of E. Hubbard and others, " of Benjamin Wales and others, " of Francis Wingate and others for a Municipal Court in the town of Hallowell -- severally read and referred to the Select Committee that have that subject under consideration.

Petition of Alexander Reed for authority to execute a deed from the estate of Andrew McFarland and for other purposes, " of William Wentworth for a new trial against Ira Towle -- severally read and referred to the Committee on the Judiciary, in concurrence.
