On motion of Mr. Bartlett, Ordered that an additional number of 300 copies of the Preamble and Resolves in relation to the United States Bank be printed for the use of the Legislature.

On motion of Mr. Green of York Ordered that the Joint Special Committee, to whom was referred so much of the Governors Message as relates to the freedom and purity of the election franchise, be instructed to inquire into the expediency of revising the present laws regulations elections and embodying the same into one Act, with leave to report by Bill or otherwise -- read and passed.
