125 Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Cumberland Navigation Company (reported in the House by the Committee on Banks and Banking, on petition of the Cumberland Steam Navigation Company) was read once and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Provided the United States Government shall, at their own expense, the ensuing summer, furnish the services of Engineers to survey said road - read and passed, in concurrence.

A message was received that the House had reconsidered their vote passing to be engrossed the Bill to incorporate the Franklin Manufacturing Company, amended the same and had ordered said Bill to be engrossed; and requested the concurrence of the Senate.
